Ready Golf
Personalized Golf Mobility, Fitness & Performance Coaching.
Assessment-driven programming designed to help golfers move better, play better, and get more from every lesson, practice session, and round.
Better Movement = Better Golf
Most golfers know they should stretch, exercise, or work on their mobility—but very few know exactly what they need to do, how often they should do it, or whether they're focusing on the right things.
Ready Golf takes the guesswork out of improving your body for golf.
Through a combination of golf-specific movement assessment, personalized programming, and ongoing coaching, Ready Golf helps golfers improve mobility, stability, strength, and movement quality so they can get more out of their game and their lessons.
Every golfer is different. Limited hip mobility, poor thoracic rotation, balance deficits, mobility restrictions, and movement compensations can all affect how efficiently you swing the club and how easily you can make technical changes on the course or at the driving range.
That's why Ready Golf doesn't use generic workouts or one-size-fits-all programs.
Here’s how it works:
First: After signing up, you will be sent your Intake Forms. This provides me with all the important information regarding your health history, equipment, goals, etc. Provide as much detail as you can, the more information the better!
Second: Next we will schedule our first video assessment. Each member receives a comprehensive movement assessment through a video call and a personalized Physical Scorecard that identifies their biggest opportunities for improvement.
Third: You can submit video of your swing to allow me to make connections between how your body moves (or doesn’t) and how you swing the club. This is when our plan really finds a direction and begins to take form.
Fourth: At this point I have collected A LOT of information and can build your plan. You'll receive a customized plan designed specifically around your body, your goals, and your golf game.
Your program may include:
- Mobility training
- Stability and movement control exercises
- Warm-up routines for practice and play
- Drills for the range and putting green
- Strength and performance-focused training
- Ongoing reassessments and progress tracking
Everything is delivered through an easy-to-follow app with clear instructions and video demonstrations. Simply open the app, complete the session prescribed for you that day, and follow your plan with confidence.
I am always just a message away:
We will keep in contact through Google Chat. Feel free to send me a message, video or audio questions are great also. I will always return your message as soon as I can with as much detail as I can. You can request changes to your program or provide details on how things are feeling. We will have an open line of communication throughout the time of your membership.
Ready Golf is built on the belief that better movement leads to better golf. By improving the way your body moves, you'll be better equipped to rotate, transfer force, maintain posture, recover, and keep playing for many years to come.
Whether your goal is to increase distance, improve consistency, move more freely, reduce stiffness, or simply continue enjoying the game, Ready Golf provides the structure, guidance, and accountability to help you get there.
Move better. Play better. Stay ready.
About me
Tim Masson
Golf has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
My Mom was a Head Pro at several local courses, and some of my earliest memories are from spending summers at the course. When I wasn’t tagging along in the pro shop, I was usually on the driving range hitting balls, playing a few holes, or simply finding any excuse to be around the game.
My professional career has been built around helping people move better.
I spent eight years working as a personal trainer, helping clients improve mobility, strength, movement quality, and overall physical performance. Wanting to further expand my knowledge of the human body and movement, I became a Registered Massage Therapist and have spent the past ten years working with a wide variety of clients to help them improve function, reduce limitations, and move with greater confidence.
Over the years, I began noticing a common theme among golfers. Many were investing time and money into lessons, equipment, and practice, yet their bodies often struggled to support the movements they were trying to achieve.
That's where Ready Golf was born.
Ready Golf combines my background in fitness, movement assessment, and manual therapy with my passion for golf. The goal is simple: help golfers better understand how their body influences their swing and provide a clear, personalized plan to improve mobility, stability, movement quality, and overall golf performance.
Using golf-specific movement assessments, body-swing analysis, and individualized programming, I work with golfers to identify limitations, address weaknesses, and build a body that supports the game they want to play.
I strongly believe that the best results happen when physical preparation and golf instruction work together. That's why Ready Golf is designed to complement the work golfers are doing with their coaches and teaching professionals, helping bridge the gap between how the body moves and what happens in the golf swing.
Whether your goal is to move more freely, support swing changes, improve consistency, increase longevity in the game, or simply feel better after a round, I'm committed to helping you get there.
I look forward to being part of your golf journey.

Is this a replacement for golf lessons?
Body-swing analysis looks at how physical limitations may influence movement patterns in your golf swing.
For example, limitations in hip mobility, thoracic rotation, balance, or stability may affect your ability to perform certain movements during the golf swing.
The goal is not to provide golf instruction, but to better understand how your body may be influencing your swing and your ability to make changes with your golf coach.

No.
Ready Golf is designed to complement golf instruction, not replace it.
Golf coaches focus on swing mechanics and skill development. Ready Golf focuses on improving the physical capabilities that support those changes.
